The Ethics Hotline is a confidential channel for companies monitored by the Superintendency of Companies, framed within our SAGRILAFT and the PTEE (Transparency and Ethics Program) whose purpose is to allow employees and third parties to report suspicious activities or activities contrary to business ethics in a safe and anonymous manner.
A detailed description of the event, including if the approximate date or period in which it occurred is known; the person or persons involved; whether there is evidence of the events and, if so, the possibility of charging them.
CMC informs that this report will be treated with absolute confidentiality and that only the Compliance Officer has access to it and the identity of the complainant, which will not be revealed at any time.
